The Modern Plus Sampler QAL posts will be on the first Thursday of every month and will be very similar to the popular Mystery Quilts hosted by Cheryl for the last four years.
Here's what the first few months look like:
- June 7th - The design and finished quilt to be revealed
- July 5th - Modern Plus Sampler QAL kick off with fabric requirements given
- August 2th - First set of instructions will be given
You will need the book, Modern Plus Sign Quilts, in order to quilt along with us as the Modern Plus Sampler includes many design elements from the book all incorporated in to one Modern Plus Sampler.

ReplyDeleteWell, since I opted out of Cheryl's mystery last year, I am IN on this year's Plus QAL! I am super-excited! And btw I went back to your previous post Research Triangle (love the colours and that it's made up of four triangles, and the binding--?!! love, okay so I love everything about it) and your Off the Grid one is so good too...congrats on both publications! There now you only have to answer one comment instead of three ha! :-)

ReplyDeleteThis looks like so much fun I wish there were more hours in the day! I have been itching to make a plus sign quilt so I guess we'll see if I can fit it in. Either way I look forward to seeing what you come up with!
ReplyDeleteunfortunately I can't take part, too many time commitments at the minute, family wedding, a projected hospital stay within the family, but I will enjoy watching this progress
